nor is it part of a company. No income or money is made
from this website (with the exception of Google Adsense),
and it is owned and operated as part of a personal project.
Users
of this site use the tools provided at their own risk.
There are no guarantees of any kind, and no legal
action
can be taken against the owner of the site in the
event of any data loss, data corruption, or security
breech. You agree by using this site that you have no legal
rights, and that the owner of the site
can not be held liable for the sites use. |

1. The Online Wedding Planners Responsibilities
By using the services provided by the Online Wedding
Planner, you agree that the Online Wedding Planner is not
liable for any loss, damage or compromise of your stored
personal information.
Security measures have been setup to protect your information,
but no system is 100% secure. You therefore use the system
at your own risk, and the Online Wedding Planner will
not
be held
responsible
for anything.
The Online Wedding Planner will not release any of your
personal information, except in those circumstances outlined
in the Privacy Policy. |

2. Your Obligations
When you use the Online Wedding Planner, you agree
that the information you specified upon registration
is correct to the best of your knowledge, and that you
will not use the system for profit making. If you work
as a professional Wedding Planner, you must first Contact
The Online Wedding Planner for permission to use our
tools and services.
When using features such as the Forums, message boards
or the Private Message features, you agree that you
shall not use abusive language, or use the system in
a non-ethical way. This includes using the systems features
to send abusive messages to people.

3. Photos and Other Uploadable
Content.
By using the Online Wedding Planner, you agree that
any photographs or any other content that you upload
is yours, and yours alone. The Online Wedding Planner
will not be held responsible if you upload copyrighted
materials.
For this reason, if we come across any Copyrighted
materials, then they shall be removed and your account
will be
closed. Your personal information will also be released
to the owner of the copyright if they request it.
Please note that the Photo Album is provided to hold
photographs of the related wedding. It is not in
place for a public photo album and any non-wedding related
photos may be removed without warning.

4. Liability
The Online Wedding Planner cannot be held responsible
for anything, including its user managed content,
security and functionality. You use the site at your
own risk.
