Guest
List Management
Having a hard time keeping track
of who is invited and who is actually coming to the
wedding? Well no problem! As a member of the Online
Wedding Planner, you can create a Guest list which
will keep track of who is invited to the wedding,
and who has confirmed. Specified Guests can also login
and confirm themselves that they are attending.
Another ability of the Guest list,
is that you can generate RSVP's and keep track of
Guest Contact Information. This saves you valuable
time hunting around for your address book.

Gift
List Management
One of the main features of the Online
Wedding Planner, is that you can create a custom gift
list.
Once you have established your gift
list, you can issue a password to guests of the wedding
so that they can view the gift list, and reserve a
gift to buy the happy couple.
This cuts down on the possibility
of duplicate gifts being received!

Wedding
Services Log
The wedding Services Log allows you
to enter details of which companies are being employed
for different aspects of the wedding.
You can manually enter a custom company,
or you can select a company from the Online Wedding
Planner Directory for inclusion in your wedding.
Once you have added companies, you
can keep notes about their involvement with the wedding,
and get instant on click contact information for each
service.

Expenses
Management
At The Online Wedding Planner, we
know weddings are expensive. That's why we have a
built in budget feature that allows you to specify
the maximum budget for your wedding.
You can then add items and services
to the wedding via the Expenses Manager, which will
keep track of costs for you, and keep you updated
with how much you have spent of your designated budget.

Public
Announcements and Private Messages
When you have setup your wedding,
you have the option of including it in the Wedding
Announcements section of the public website.
The benefit of this is, that you
do not only share the happiness of the two people
getting married with the world, but those people then
have the ability to leave you private messages, such
as congratulations or an apology if a family member
cannot attend the wedding.

Create
a Wedding Photo Album
Even when the Wedding has been and
gone, The Online Wedding Planner still offers a useful
feature, The Online Wedding Planner Wedding Photo
Album.
Using this feature you can upload
photos from the wedding for Wedding Guests to view.
You also have the option to make the album public
so that everyone can share the happiness!
